Messy Divorce

A brand new client known as our workplace to discover out if we could trace her soon to be ex husband to locate out if he was cohabiting. She is nearing the finish of a messy divorce and wants to uncover out if her husband is living with an individual else. She has stayed in the marital residence with their two young children and he has stopped paying maintenance but she can not uncover him.

The lady told us that her husband left about 9 months ago. He told our client that there was nobody else involved, he just couldn’t live like he had been any longer. Although devastated by his choice to leave our client believed there was no one else involved. At initial he produced typical payments to her for the children but over the months it is getting less and much less. He won’t tell her exactly where he is living but she believes he is operating at the exact same location.

We decided to follow him home from work one evening to see if he went back to his living address. He went to the pub initial with a couple of men from his work. Following and hour and a half he took a brief walk to a property and let himself in with a key. We waited about to see if anyone else went back to the address. A woman pulled up onto the drive outside and let herself in using a key. We produced a note of the address and took photos of the Target and the woman letting themselves into the home.

We checked out the address and found out the name of the woman. The target was not registered as living there - his last known address was that of the marital residence. We did a lot more surveillance over 3 days and found that he was living there. Using the information supplied, in a report to our client she could then make sure that the CSA had the correct info for him.
